The Way
I Practice
You don’t have to perform or prove anything here.
We’ll take our time and make sense of what’s been hard to hold alone.
Individual Therapy
A steady, depth-oriented
space for one person at a time.
Who I Work With
For those ready to understand themselves more honestly
and deeply.
A First Conversation
A low-pressure first step to see
if working together makes sense.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who often carry more inside than people realize.
Many of the people I work with function well on the outside. They’re capable, reflective, and used to holding things together. But internally they may feel stuck in their own thoughts, disconnected from parts of themselves, or unsure how to access more ease and aliveness in their lives.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving more freely between your inner world and your life in the world.
Individual Therapy
Therapy here is one-to-one and collaborative.
Sessions move at a pace that allows space for reflection, curiosity, and real change — not performance.
My work draws from Gestalt therapy and nervous system awareness. We pay attention not only to what you’re thinking, but to what’s happening in your body, your emotions, and the moment-to-moment experience of being you.
Over time, this work often helps people feel less stuck in their heads and more connected to themselves — with more room for aliveness in their lives.
A First Conversation
If you’re considering therapy, we can start with a free 15-minute consultation.
This is a relaxed conversation where you can share a little about what you’re looking for, ask questions about how I work, and get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
There’s no pressure to decide on the spot. The goal is simply to help you get a clearer sense of your next step.
